Scholarships

Applications can be returned in a sealed envelope to the school counselor or mailed to us by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 6th, 2025.

Scholarship recipients will be announced at the Tri-Valley School Graduation ceremonies on Wednesday, May 21st , 2025.

The Healy Valley Lions Club offers a total of THREE scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 each.

Three scholarships will be awarded to students that are residents of the Denali Borough who can provide a legitimate high school transcript from their education program as proof of enrollment.

Scholarships are intended for graduates who plan to continue their education at an accredited education level program the year directly following their high school graduation. This can include vocational programs.

Scholarship grants are awarded after the successful completion of your first term.

To claim your scholarship award: After your first term YOU must provide us with an official transcript from fall term, and proof of your continued enrollment (course schedule) at college or vocational school. Please send these documents to:

EVALUATION:

The scholarship applications will be reviewed and evaluated by the scholarship committee as follows:

● Essay

● Financial Need

● Personal Information

● Legibility, neatness, and completeness of application
